Bangalow, NSW · Designer renovation · March 2026

The brief

A carefully curated designer renovation focused on creating warmth, functionality and beautifully crafted living spaces. While modest in scale, the project centred on bespoke joinery and finely detailed finishes that give the home its unique character. A new fireplace became the focal point of the living area, featuring an arched hearth recessed flush with the floor and finished with carefully selected designer tiles and a wood heater. Throughout the home, custom plywood joinery was paired with recycled cheeseboard timber fronts, creating a balance between contemporary design and reclaimed materials. Built-in bedroom robes, hallway shelving and a custom window seat with leather upholstery and designer fabrics complete a renovation where every detail was thoughtfully considered and expertly crafted.
