Oceanside is a boutique residential builder working across the Northern Rivers, from the Ballina and Lennox coast through Byron Shire and out into the hinterland.

We build custom homes, whole-home renovations, extensions and the joinery inside them. We keep the number of jobs low on purpose: you deal with the person building your house, costs are planned early, and variations are priced before the work happens.

  • How long does a custom home or renovation take?

    It depends on the scope, but we run a small number of jobs at once so the program we set at quoting is the program we build to. We walk you through the full twelve-step Success Process before anything is signed.

  • Will you work with our architect or designer?

    Most of our work comes through architects and designers. We price detail early so drawings get built as drawn rather than watered down on site.

  • How is pricing handled?

    Costs are planned early with a full quantity estimate, and any variation is priced before the work happens. You deal with the person building your house, not a sales layer.
